about how the plan works. Fixes are discussed there, and plan updates are announced there first.

- The Facebook page carries announcements and patch-day notes, and its inbox is

- Reporting a wrong estimate
- The single most useful thing you can send. Include the character name, realm and region,
the achievement name, what the site claimed, and roughly how long it actually took (or why
it can't be done at all right now). Real completion times beat tuning guesses, and reported
estimates are usually corrected within days, and the fix then applies to everyone.
- Privacy and data questions
- See the privacy policy first; it covers character data,
cookies and advertising. Anything it doesn't answer, ask by
email or on Discord.
